Mbonambi clear to play in RWC final as racism investigation found 'insufficient evidence'

World Rugby has concluded there is 'insufficient evidence' to suggest that South Africa's Bongi Mbonambi racially abused England's Tom Curry during their World Cup semi-final which means he is eligible to play against New Zealand in the Final.
